All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We do not store your full payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Matthew Garwood aims to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on:

  • Production times

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • International customs processing

Matthew Garwood is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, weather events, or incorrect customer information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate before checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, Matthew Garwood does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or minor print or colour variations. 

However, we will replace or refund items if the product arrives damaged, the item is defective, or the wrong item was sent.

To request support, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem

We reserve the right to assess all claims before approving refunds or replacements.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
